Web Browsers stop working after awhile but Skype/uTorrent still workin

Hi last night I had the most frustrating and odd problem..

My browsers stop loading ANYTHING after awhile.. It just gives me a blank page (Firefox), while on chrome it gave me 'Error 104 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_FAILED): The attempt to connect to the server failed'

But here's the catch, I didn't get disconnected from either my Skype or utorrent. Even the stuff I was downloading using my Orbit downloader ARE still downloading!

My 'Network' shows that I am still connected to my wifi and shows NO sign of error.

The only way for me to 'fix' it is by restarting my laptop. But it's not even permanent.
I tried clear cache/cookies trick. didn't work, the Internet lan option too as well.

It doesn't seem fix my issue particularly though. Since it started yet again..

I went ahead and uninstalled my network adapter.. And the problem still persist. I have to continually RESTART my damn laptop to browse internet. (Especially tumblr)

Run a Pingtest.net - The Global Broadband Quality Test and check how is your line quality.
Try a different computer to rule out the fault with your computer.

It's not my ISP, it's most certainly to my laptop's network adapter..

Because I have both broadband and wifi at home.. I use broadband and I suffer NO issue at all.

I uninstalled and reinstalled my network adapter, didn't work. I even system restored to 4 days prior to this incident started (was beginning to suspect one of those windows update).. Nothing works so far. OMG
    I'm gonna die.

Can you check if there's an update available for your network adaptor?
Open Windows Update and click on Check for Updates. If a new driver is available, that should certainly fix the issue.
