Forum looks strange on IE?

    Click on the network icon on the right corner and open network and sharing center.

    Click on change adapter settings on the left side pane
    Right click on your Network Connection (Lan) > Properties > Internet Protocol Version 4 > TCP IPV4 > Properties > Use following DNS server addresses and type what I typed on my other post.

    i was going to try your suggestion and went to the forum
    using IE.
    This is what I found

    I have had no windows updates and have changed nothing that would explain this

    I didn't notice that
    I refreshed a couple of times and no success
    Then deleted cookies and it seems to be fixed now
    Solved but not explained?
