Can't put the IE9 menu bar at the top

Internet Explorer Menu Bar - Always on Top
This reg key is not working to place the IE9 menu bar above the address bar, it remains above the favorites bar.

    Hello Gary,

Yeah, that only works in IE8 now.

So far, no way has been found to do so in IE9.

Gary did you notice that tut is for IE8?? I don't know if it has any relevance but I tried the Comodo programs manager just yesterday and it listed IE8 as a running program?? even though I have IE9 running.

Have a look in the Task Manager and it seems the iexplore.exe is something to do with IE8 maybe they are conflicting mate.

    iexplorer.exe *32

    OOPs sorry Shawn
