Browser window minimizes when website loads

Hello. I am using Firefox 18.0.1 On several websites, such as Facebook and CNN.com, as soon as the website loads, the window minimizes showing me my bookmarks again. I then have to click on that bookmark again. I *think* this is system wide, because when I use Paint Shop Pro, one of the common tools I use is "fade correction". Most of the time when I click on that, the Paint Shop Pro window minimizes, and I have to hover over the PSP icon to click on the image again.

    Any ideas?

    Thank you!

Are you running any sort of keyboard shortcut application? Does it happen when you don't use the bookmark?

Amazing!! I set run to run maximized, and apparently that did the trick! I did the same thing with Paint Shop Pro, and ran a ew test images, and that works fine now too! Thank you very much!

And I just deleted my message because I thought you were having a problem with FF being maximized, not the web pages themselves. But hey, if it worked, that`s awesome. :)

OK, well I guess I was too quick...the problem has returned. And no shortcut, there is no way to get to a website I know without using the bookmarks. Other than typing it in, that is.

However, with Paint Shop Pro, run maximized appears to have worked. I have opened and enhanced 10 images with no problem...yet, that is.

I use Firefox 18.0.1. I do not want to use either of the other ones.

I was just asking if it did it with either of those browsers. What`s wrong with either of them ? Firefox is the worst of the 3 actually.

A browser is a browser, are you gonna keep using it if it doesn`t work for ya ?

Your opinion. I like Firefox, and if I have to put up with this problem, I will.
