Windows 7 - Can't access one website and only the one website

The website is Gen-R website I was on it earlier today and also using the ftp account but know I can't even access the site. I am using Windows Seven 64 bit

A forgot a had posted here lol yeah a found out what the problem was after a uploaded the forum skin via ftp it then tried to auto log me back in for some reason and failed to access it ten times and I was banned from the site completely i had to contact the server Admin who fixed it thanks
