There I am reading my newspaper on line. I want to go back a couple of pages so right click the back button. I then find, instead of the pages I have visited, I get page after page of this address, http://ad-emea.doubleclick.net/adi.X1884.
Please, can anyone suggest a method for preventing this ad company taking over my history page.

That is caused by a bad implementation of the ad placements, the only way to stop it would be using ad blocking software which discussion of is against out site rules.
