"Click to play" setting for flash etc in IE10 ???

guys I've searched on this topic but may have a terminology issue ... cannot find any such 'switch' for IE10.
in FFox and Chrome I can select whether to auto-play animated content [shockwave, flash] on web pages. I choose not to... its annoying and consumptive.
cannot find the handle in IE10 however and I'm trying to give it a fair shake.

    anyone got an answer?

IE 10 is not ready-for-prime time on Win7.

In IE 9 - it's on the advanced tab (if I understand your question)
