'Scuse the delay in replying,
i would use foxmarks and install it on both computers, when you sign into xmarks (it keeps you logged in)
but it will sync all your bookmarks across all your pc's and sync between browsers.
you will need to install it for firefox to sync those bookmarks then install it for IE on both computers the firefox/xmarks sync will then sync everywhere.
