Right click on either the tab row or Title bar of IE 10 and check Menu. Then in the menu bar Help/About, that will say IE 10 64 bit if you are, if it says just IE10 it's the 32 bit.

    Which one did you download?

I don't have separate versions anymore (32 or 64 bit) since updating.

    Download Internet Explorer 10

You have to choose the right download for your system.

I downloaded for a 64bit and my about looks like this.

Derekimo, that's exactly what I got. I did download the 64 bit one. I just double checked. Thanks for the input.

In a 64-bit Windows 7 and Windows 8, IE10 has both 32-bit IE10 and 64-bit IE10 all in one now. IE 10 runs 32-bit tabs by default. If the user turns on “Enhanced Protected Mode”, they will have 64-bit tabs by default for IE 10. The tutorial below can give you more details.

    Internet Explorer 10 - Enable 32-bit or 64-bit IE10 in Windows 7

None of this applies to 32-bit Windows 7 and Windows 8. IE10 in them is only 32-bit.

    Hope this helps, :)

I tried installing the 32 bit version on 64 bit and it won't do it. Sorry, I was all wet.

Strange, when i'm in my admin count ie 64bit is ok, but in my normal count i must turn 'enhanced protected mode' if i want ie 64bit, if i don't do that it's only 32bit even if i launch it in C/programmsX64.
(When 'enhanced protected mode' is turn on the addon are off).
Why it's ok in admin count and not in user count.it's a pity.

If you have 64-bit W7, then you should use the 64-bit installer for IE10.

If you have 32-bit W7, then you should use the 32-bit installer for IE10.
