    Hello Herm,

If this is in Internet Explorer and you have the gear icon, then you could also use it to do so.

Internet Explorer - View and Track Downloads

    Hope this helps, :)

What I posted was for Internet Explorer since it was unclear what you were referring to at the time. That would have no affect on Windows Live Mail.

You can right click on the email account name in the left pane, and click on Show or hide folders to see all folders for that email account.

Brink/Shawn - I don’t understand which pane you are talking about. Please be more specific!

What happens when you select the small arrow next to Inbox?

You appear to be using Windows Live Mail 2012.

The Show or hide folders option is only available for IMAP accounts.
It is not available for POP or MAPI accounts.

The missing Tools menu was discussed in this thread.

Blink/Shawn - I am using window live mail 2012.If I click on the small arrow it simply expands the folder. I used to have a save folder and it contains lots of important information. If I look up a solution they all tell me to use the drop down tool s menu which I don’t have. I’m baffled!
