Thumnail images on my Screen o.O ???

Hey so when i visit certain websites nomatter which browser that i am using certin images look weird, like in the attached photo the thumnail images look messed up, on one website the images had colorful lines on-top of the text, but other website look perfectly normal like this site, i know its not my video as i have intel onboard video on my dell xps m1330 and not the overheating 8400gs. Can you guys help me out ????
