IE 10 64-bit pdf file download prompt issue?

I am using IE 10 64-bit, but the only main concern is that the pdf file just shows as a blank screen on IE 10 64-bit while a download prompt appears on ie 10 32-bit which is the normal behavior.

    32-bit:

    64-bit:

Is there a way to make the 64-bit IE 10 behave like the 32-bit IE 10 when clicking on a pdf file link?

I guess it's just that Adobe Reader is a 32-bit application. Maybe if Adobe developed the 64-bit version, this problem maybe solved. It just sucks that clicking on a pdf link will open a blank page instead of a download prompt. I just like that with 64-bit, IE can occupy more than 4 GB of RAM when needed.
