IE 9 - Problems connecting to web via IE9 from initial Firefox connect

When I try to access a website from an existing Firefox/Google connection I get the following message -

Exception EAccessViolation in module spCapBtn.dll at 0014F447. Access violation at address 0515F447 in module spCapBtn.dll. Read of address 0000237

By clicking on OK I can then proceed to the new web address.

How do I resolve this problem?

spCapBtn.dll is a Caption button for password manager module used by Sticky Password manager or Kaspersky Password Manager. No resolve for the error till now. So remove the external password manager from IE or Firefox .

The error exists only in x64 Windows 7!
