Yea, everything I looked at in Windows GUI for Default Programs and extensions looked correct.
I found this by searching the registry for Notepad++, and it looked wrong to me.
I'm not sure how/when it got set like that, or why it never caused issues before.
For huffman, the page is opening with the correct program (IE), but it doesn't open it correctly.
That's why I don't think huffman would find the same problem as me.
But, it can't hurt to look for something weird, if one is comfortable with regedit.
