After the last IE 10 update browser does not launch.

It's not uncommon for a new product release to experience "growing pains". But your computer must also meet certain minimum requirements for IE 10 to install correctly. You must have Windows 7 Service Pack 1 installed, and you should have these prerequisite updates:

Once your computer meets the above requirements you could try reinstalling IE10 through Windows Updates. Or, you could try installing it using a standalone .exe file. See option two this tutorial.

If you're still having issues you might want to wait a few weeks and try again. Those "growing pains" might take a while to get fixed.
