Can you open up a command prompt

Click on button type CMD inside the Search programs and files box and press Enter

Command prompt will open to this path C:\Users\{your account name}>_

    Type in the command below

    Code:
    Ping google.com
Tell me if it sent and received 4 packets

    Hello,

    If I may jump in....
Have you tried assigning Static IPs?
How to Assign a Static IP Address in XP, Vista, or Windows 7

Please let us know the outcome.

thanks for the help. I tried your suggestion but there was no success. Thus far the only way I've been able to browse the internet is when in safe mode. I was not even able to access the internet in a clean boot. Another update I've delete every thing im not 100% certain about.

Please install and run Secunia PSI, this will detect all the programs that you have installed, outdated and updated. I wonder if you have any outdated AV or Security Software, we'll find out when you install Secunia.

If you have more than one AV and Anti-Spyware installed in your computer uninstall the rest and leave one.

Can I have the logs of the ipconfig /all in safe mode with networking and normal mode

Open up a command prompt . Click on type CMD and press [ENTER] . Once you're in command prompt type in this command

    Normal Mode

    Code:
    ipconfig /all >C:\Users[your account name]\Desktop\ipconfigNormalMode.txt
       Note
[your account name] is your account name inside the Users folder . Input the name without the quotes.

    In Safe Mode with Networking

    Code:
    ipconfig /all >C:\Users[your account name]\Desktop\ipconfigInSafeModeWithNetworking.txt
    Upload both of the logs
