    Firefox freezing


    Hello all,

    It is already few weeks when Firefox start freezing for about 5 seconds on my computer. In this case, Firefox does not react at all, even I can not cancel it by clicking on the X. This happens mostly when opening new website. In the same time when this occurs the rest of the programs are running just normal.

    Anyone knows something about this?

    hi anne could you try starting firefox with the add ons disabled to rule out an add on problem

    in firefox click help then click restart with add ons disabled.

I used to use Firefox a lot until about a year or so ago when it kept freezing while you were searching. It just freezes and shows (Not Responding) on the top. It takes about 5 maybe 10 seconds each time it happens. But it does happen a lot. I also seem to notice it does it more as you go longer...

I've noticed whenever i Hold right click on the very top of the Firefox window The Entire Browser goes into a Freeze i know this isn't a big Deal but is it suppose to do this?:huh: IE Dosn't do it only Browsers other than IE Freezes with a Hold of Right Click at the Very top of the window.
