IE9 Deletes login data on leaving site

I am running Windows 7 64bit pro SP1. Starting this morning, when I exit a site that I have logged into, my login information is lost, and even though in the IE9 tools, this "delete login info on exit" is not checked, the next time I go to login to a specific site, I need to re-enter my login information. This is a royal pain.
How do I fix this?
