Welcome to Seven Forums Leena. How did you delete chrome? Did you use it's own uninstaller? From windows Features?

You can try manually removing all traces

Manually uninstall Google Chrome in Windows - Google Chrome Help

Are you downloading from the Google site? If so, try unchecking Set Google Chrome as my default browser on the download link.

https://www.google.com/intl/en/chrome/browser/

You might try downloading from another source. Filehippo is safe, and has the latest stable release

Download Google Chrome 26.0.1410.43 - FileHippo.com

They also have the latest beta if you wish.

Download Google Chrome 27.0.1453.56 Beta - FileHippo.com
