I set the desktop icon in a logical order,but. Every time I reboot or startup ,one or two of them have moved to a different location. How do I keep them from moving around on boot?

Just an observation. I'm using Windows 7 RC 1 Build 7100. I have 9 desktop icons. After shutting down or restarting a number of them have been moved to other locations. Not all.
