Windows 7: Error 9C59 when installing IE 10

Windows 7 Ultimate x64
Error 9C59 when installing IE 10

Well once again this error, 9C59. Any help will be much appreciated.

I usually try to fix PC problems on my own. And by "on my own" I mean using my knowledge AND reading forums like this one, asking is one of my last resources since I always think answers will be found in threads already created. Even though I tried other solutions in others threads it seems that the answers given to users are based on their log files, which I really don't know how to read so I come here instead of trying something that might do more harm than good.

It's Windows 7 Home Premium x86, fresh installed.
I had problems downloading other updates too, but managed to work it out by checking solutions in these forums.

I came to this IE problem and couldn't solve it. Already tried SFC, the readiness tool and clean boot. I can't install through Windows Update or the standalone installer.

Once again, thanks a lot to anyone trying to help.
