Thebeholder have you chose which email service you are going to use?

I would like to say that I haven't installed any email services(Windows live essentials nor Windows essentials) until now.

So I am wondering those folders and files inside 'windows mail' are for what? Are those build in in windows?
But if so, I would find a program 'windows mail' while searching in search text.

    I hope you understand me.

I believe they install with Windows. I never looked for them on a fresh install so I could be wrong. I really wouldn't worry about them if things are working as they should.
I do know that I find many things in Windows that I don't understand and it would take me a life time to understand.
At this time make sure you have your anti virus installed and Firewall. If you want to choose your email service now would be a great time to do so.

I'm just curious. I'm wondering if one uses a 3rd party email service if the Windows Mail folder gets any bigger.
I use Yahoo and Hotmail (Outlook) webmail with no email client.

    Thank you very much indeed

If you want to choose your email service now would be a great time to do so.
How can I do this? Is it via installing windows live essentials, windows essentails or any other different mail client programs?

I really wouldn't worry about them if things are working as they should.
NB: This folder 'windows mail' is located in another partition other than OS partition. So even if I install the updates of Windows, OS partition will only be updated.
I really got and keep a little bit worried about knowing 'windows mail' and its content because I installed windows live essentials(WL messenger, Windows mail, and the others) someday. Then, I found a problem with windows live mail which is some contents are shown in Arabic in the user interface(Details shown below) So decieded to delete both fodlers 'windows live mail' and 'windows mail' along with their contents.

    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I am quite surprised that even when I applied commands below and deleted all the folders in the two pasths.
    1. Press Windows button, type cmd in the Start search box.
    2. Right-click on Command Prompt and select Run as Administrator.
    3. Run the following commands to uninstall Windows Live Essentials(including the open quotation mark):
    For 64-bit version of Windows type "c:\program files (x86)\windows live\installer\wlarp.exe" /cleanup:all /q
    For 32-bit version of Windows type "c:\program files\windows live\installer\wlarp.exe" /cleanup:all /q
    4. A dialog box shows status until uninstallation has completed.
    5. Delete the Windows Live folders (if any) found on the following directories:
    C:\Program Files\Windows Live
    C:\Program Files\Common Files\Windows Live

Then I reinstalled the Windows Essential, I found that some content in Mail is still shown in Arabic.

However, when I went to this path :E:\Users\Mohammad\AppData\Local\Microsoft, then I deleted the leftovers of 'windows live mail' including all folders with the name 'windows mail and windows live mail'. Then, I reinstalled windows live essentials, the problem has been solved.

So I don't know whether deleting 'windows mail' solved the problem or 'windows live essentail'.

What is the realtion with this path which is originally on another partition other than 'System Drive' becuase I moved all my user accounts to anothe partition other than System partition?
But if Windows Live Essential puts folders and files for all its porgrams in this path 'partition\Users\Mohammad\AppData\Local\Microsoft'.
So this folders and files will not be accessible by uninstaller of WLE becuase they are save on anothe partiton other than system partion.
As a result, if I, for instance, installed Windows live Essenatial(2011) (Arabci verison), then uninstalled it, there would be leftovers of pervious WLE in that path '....\AppData\Local'. So, if I reinstalled another version of WLE, such as WLE 2012(English version), folders and files would be dublicated
thus, I would encounter such a problem.
Should I manually delete them in each time I reinstall WLE? This is not logician I think.
I think the the unistller of WLE should remove all leftovers of WLE on all partitions(SystemPartion and other partitions)
So all partitions will be cleaned from leftovers of WLE.
