Solved How to unpin websites from icon

When I Right click the Google Chrome icon in my Task Bar, there are many icons or links from recently closed and most visited websites. How can I prevent these automatic pinning of these sites to my task bar icon?

Hello Gilloz,

These would be from recent items. You could turn off recent items to no longer have them, but this will affect all programs pinned to the taskbar and Start Menu, and not just the pinned Chrome.

Thanks Brink for your response. I found the solution in a website called List and Tricks for Jump Lists. It spelled out what I needed to do to solve my problem. Thanks again.
