Gmail Bin (Trash)

Hi Folks,

It states that items older than 30 days in Gmail's Bin (Trash) will be automatically deleted. The oldest message in mine is dated January 17th, any ideas why???

It will be removed from Trash 30 days after putting it in trash. When did you put that message in Trash? It has nothing to do with sent/received date of message itself

Items in your Trash will remain there for approximately 30 days before it is automatically emptied and permanently deleted*.

Is it only this message that's acting strange?

No, I have about 50 for January, plus Feb, March and April.

Do you use an IMAP client like outlook too? Sometime if they are not purged there, GMAIL will leave them there.

I searched google gmail help, seems to be a bug that was never fixed.

Seems they get everywhere.

I recommend this

until they work out those bugs. LOL I was trying to get the bug off my screen
