IE 10 not opening new tabs

    IE 10 not opening new tabs


    Today after the windows updates I've started having this problem,
    Everything regardless of location, ie, links or manually selecting open in new tab, opens everything in a new window.
    Options in IE setup are for open in new tab for everything, and was working correctly since installing ie10 when it was released...
    Problem started happening today after updates,
    if simple fix to uninstall updates.. fine.. but which ones?

    anyone else have this problem?

    Hello Symp,

    You might see if using the tutorial below to completely reset IE10 may help.
    If not, then you might see if turning off "Internet Explorer 10" in Windows Features, restart PC, turn IE10 back on, and restart PC may toggle it to work properly again.
