    Removing Annoying IE Security Message

I do not want to change my security settings because I need them set this way. Is there a way to remove this message?

If you click where it says "Click Here", it should give you the option to disable the message.

The annoying message is a security feature (UAC) to get rid of it makes you more vunerable to be a target.
