    "welcome to your browser" LEAVE!


    how the bleep do i get rid of this tab when i first open internet explorer. every time i first open it, this tab comes up and i have to close out of it. so annoying! lol

ie9 new browser opens "blank" windows 7. Changing it to "home" doesn't last if you shut down. Next session, it still opens "blank"
Hi, how can I change this? Some background - this may not be the issue I need to solve at the end of the day: I believe the location is causing crashes, since I blew up lots of Library registry values (in an attempt to remove them from the OS), and I think it defaults to the library page....
