Certain websites inaccessible

Hi,

There are some websites that I have been unable to access. They display "Server not found" in my firefox, error 137 in my google Chrome. Even my iPad and my MacMini are unable to access these sites for some reason.

However, when I connect to a VPN or using other wifi hotspots or internet connection these sites are accessible without any problems. I have a router installed but all the settings are in the factory default setting. The only thing I changed are the SSID and password

I tried running virus and malware scans but nothing comes up... Wondering if it is error on the web site servers or due to my ISP?

Yes. All of the devices uses the same network. I tried to use ping and tracert but both are giving server not found error.

Hidemyass works though the images are not fully displayed...

It seems most likely an issue with my ISP, try connecting the website with a direct connection with the modem and still giving the same result... Guess I will just have to rely on VPN or proxy for now...

@boohbah It is just some resource directory site like Hotscript.com and some pre-made script sites that I came across via google.

@Layback Bear There is only one account which is the admin (me) account that I have been using...

Funny enough, visiting those particular sites used to work a couple of months back. So I have no idea what is wrong...
Right now accessing those sites is possible if I am connecting from other network or VPN.. so I guess most likely is my ISP issue...

Q.2 It could be the filter from your home country?
Q.3 Your ISP is doing the filtering?
It could be that your ISP is actively monitoring your surfing activities.
