Website (YouTube,e.g.) will not render correctly. Looks like ftp site.
Using IE8, 9, or 10. Using Chrome or Firefox. My box is Windows 7 Pro 64-bit. YouTube, as an example, does not render correctly. The page will look like an FTP site with blue lines of type. In IE10, I have used F12 in all positions. GPU acceleration checked (as recommended). All updates done.
l have an XP Pro sp3 box doing the same thing! I have an HP Pavilion dv7 with Windows 7 Pro 64-bit that works fine!!!! I made sure the Advanced tab settings were identical.
