    Anyone having Chrome freeze up lately?


    Version 27.0.1453.94 m
    Past few days it's driving me nuts. Haven't added any new extensions. Seems to happen only with multiple tabs for me.

    Nope, I don't have any problems at all using the same version.

    Have you considered a reinstall, or perhaps a reset?

    Not freezing up but the initial launch takes a good 10 seconds to load the home screen and has been like it for the last couple of weeks. the browser window opens but is just white untill loaded. Even after reinstalling Chrome

chrome causes win7 to freeze

whenever i open chrome, it for a minute or so, freezes win7, this only happpens when i open chrome, except one time, the login screen of win7 also frooze, and i was unable to type or move the mouse, however when i press the power button it shut down. i am using the latest version of chrome...
When I'm browsing the internet with Google Chrome, my computer occasionally freezes for 5 to 10 seconds and once the computer goes back to normal I hear a short beep sound from my speakers. Help!
