"Color ringing" on text, ATI video card, only with Firefox

    HDMI takes more power than DVI (I suppose)... probablly your card is not fully powered, try checking if your power suply is enough for that VGA... specially check the voltages table and see if they fit your card requirements.
    Other than that, I hope the experts can give you a hand here, because it's the best I can come with :P

    I checked this information thouroughly before I bought the card as well as checked with EVGA and they all confirmed my PSU is plenty enough for the card.
