    Outlook Mail Problem

    Hello:

I am trying to read my email on Outlook 2010, unfortunately it is on file mode not message mode. Is there a way I can fix it ?

No...What I want is the message mode, to be able to reply to a message right away. Right now my email I receive is in file mode. Message mode lets you reply to the message

I'm not finding anything on the internet about "message mode". I mean, to see what I'm seeing, Google "outlook 2010 message mode" or click here.

Can you post some screenshots to further explain your question and what you're after?

If I were faced with this, then I would go through the options "with a fine-toothed comb". You might find it.

I think the problem is the Ribbon is minimized.
Click on the little down arrow next to the question mark icon as seen in the upper right corner of your screen print.
    See if that helps.

No problem, I appreciate the help, I knew it was probably something dumb I did.
