"Qvo6.com" problem in Browser

Excuse me, this is my second thread

I Have a problem in my browser,
It's an extension like thing. Every browser in my laptop always opened the same start up page.
i usually use Google Chrome, and i already deleted the extension and removed the Qvo6 browsing site from my start up page as well ..
But this Qvo6.com still come up as my starting page..

My problem is how to disable it / change my chrome start up page to default ..

does anybody know about this kind of thing ?
or was there any body who had already through the same experience ?
Could you help me ?
