Saving Windows Live Mail

Hi I want to save my windows live emails I have been told about windows easy transfer but can't work out how it works. I ONLY want to save my emails nothing else but I don't know how to do that then I want to put them back.

I have worked out how to save them in a folder but don't think I import them back.

Is there just an easy way to save the emails export them then import them back ???Thanks

one little extra to that, if you find you cannot do All Folders, (sometimes this happens if an email is corrupted or if you have too many emails in your account), You can pick Selected Folders and Pick which folders you want in the backup, You Higlight the ones you want- sometimes this will not work with using the Shift key so try it with Cntrl KEY if it will not do it
