Guys,in my dashboard it shows that 299000 conversations.
But i can not figure out what it is?
If it is sending mail or chat then i rarely use my this ac for sending mails.
For ur kind info i m a reader of various tech sites.thats why i receive many mails in one day

Chat/ Gtalk...google archives everything now.
If you use google+ I'm sure it applies to those as well.
Google calls emails "conversations". If you look in the settings you even have an option to group them together, or keep all emails separate. I like to see all emails separate myself instead of opening one email, and scrolling through all the replies. One by one is better for me.
