Windows 7: Certicicate error does not allow to enter web site anyway.

Certicicate error does not allow to enter web site anyway.

I had my Comcast replace an old modem wit a modem/router combo. This modem is using 10.0.0.1 address instead of the more familiar 192.168.1.1 format. I was able to get my unbutu server to connect to the internet, network and "putty". However, when I try to address my webmin page on the server through IE 10, I get a security certificate error that does not give me a choice to enter anyway. This is my
own webmin page and have never had a security before the modem/router was replaced.
