How to Completely Remove Chrome

Hi, how do I completely remove chrome? I uninstalled it a few weeks ago because I was trying other browsers, but when I re-installed again I was surprised that all my bookmarks from the previous installation were still there. Shouldn't everything have been removed the first time I uninstalled it?

When you removed Google Chrome from Programs and Features ( Control Panel ) did you place a check next to Also delete your browsing data

Everything you use of Google's is stored on their servers/ there is no deleting it.

Your bookmarks are saved in the Google Chrome Cloud.

So the only way to remove the bookmarks on the server would be to delete them in my browser?

If you click on the link I posted in Post 4 it will show you how to delete things on Google's server.

You would need to login to your Google account.

Later, I will tell you how to remove your data from Google servers too, if you had opted for the “Chrome Sync”
I purposely never used that option. I imagined that the bookmarks were left behind in a hidden folder like appdata and when i re-installed chrome it looked there.
