Locate scan.pst.exe

    Locate scan.pst.exe


    My understanding is that my 2007 outlook is corrupted and I need to run scan.pst.exe to make outlook functional again I think I have looked everywhere but cannot locate this even in Microsoft 12

    could you please tell me what else can I do to locate it thank you

    fix it is a good idea! but if it cant help...

    have you tried repairing the program?

    start - control panel - programs - programs and features - uninstall or change a program - outlook - change - repair

    have you tried windows update with additional Microsoft software updates enabled?

    start - all programs - windows update - change settings - check give me updates for Microsoft products and check for new optional Microsoft software when i update windows

    have you tried uninstalling and re installing the program?

    You need to first attend to this:

    drive c memory zero

    also would you be able to help with the corrupted outlook files because of which emails cannot be received or sent
