How do I fix a 400 Bad Request? Size of a request header field exceed

I have read about some fixes in Google. Some I don't trust. Some I don't understand.

I cannot reach Photobucket using Google Chrome. I can reach Photobucket with IE9, but IE9 is incompatible with another site I visit daily.

Sure hope you can help me. Thanks a lot.
