How to download Windows Mail only

This is what I am trying to accomplish: download WLM only, in full, not the installer. I need it to install it on another PC, which has only dial-up. The usual scenario is that you download wlsetup-web, then you have to decide which component you want. Does Microsoft expect dial-up users to download 100 or even 200 MB of data? Isn't there an easier way, especially since Windows-Mail-Vista is not available for download either?
Thanks in advance for your tips.

I think that Microsoft expects people to have broadband internet.

If someone has dialup service, a download manager is mandatory for large downloads. You can pause and stop and resume incomplete downloads at your convenience. When I had dialup service, WackGet download manager was a godsend. When I had to download a 30MB Firefox browser, it took me just 3 hours.

I think that's the OP's problem... that installer download is 131MB.

I thought the OP wanted to download the full installer on another PC with a faster connection.
Then copy the installer to a different PC with dialup, and install it there.

Thank you all for your answers. Yes, I am trying to help out my sister-in-law, who can only get dial-up connection. She doesn't like her isp's email client. She wanted WLM. Anyway, I was able to download the full / offline pack. That's exactly what I needed and this took care of my concern.
