Updating the IE still didn't fix the problem. In fact, since it happens for all of the browsers that I've tried I think it's pointless to update/downgrade any browsers.

Hmm, the speed was same as ever as the page loading and buffering of the videos were same. I can't really pinpoint if there were slight decreased in speed during the past few weeks.
However, few months ago there was a whole incident regarding to ISP where the speed for international sites were slowed down and a lot of people complained about it (here are the threads made regarding to that issue: http://forums.whirlpool.net.au/forum....cfm?t=2101708
). They took notice of the issue and fixed it around two weeks and now the speed was supposedly "back to normal"
With that being said, I'm not sure if that issue relates to the problem that I'm getting now but...
