Opera browser - The alternative web browser - Download free
Test it out guys, its using chromium engine, and i benchmarked it with 3 different tests and it beat my chrome browser. i love it, faster than chrome, same thing with more features and built in speed dial page!

Google Chrome has been my favourite for so many years now, but this is simply better. Thanks.

To my knowledge it does not have a bookmark toolbar. But if you click on the star (top left) it brings up all your bookmarks on the left side of the screen.

And to bookmark a page, right click on the page for the context menu.

    whs's explanation makes more sense

    Bookmarks bar
This toolbar is disabled by default, but is easily activated from Toolbars. It replaces the personal bar, which existed in versions of Opera previous to Opera 11.

Put your favorite bookmarks/bookmarklets, bookmark folders, and web searches on the bookmarks bar so you can use them quickly and at any time. Bookmarks and folders from the bookmarks panel, links, page tabs, and bookmarklets can be dragged directly to the bookmarks bar.

To add a search to the bar, select it from the toolbar's right-click menu.

It sounds if you go to go to Settings > Toolbars > Customize, or go to Appearance > Toolbars you can select it.

I was using Opera, but removed it so I'm only going from memory.
