Firefox 22 changed browser screen resolution?

A few days ago when I installed Firefox 22, I noticed that it had changed my browser's screen resolution. For example, at this website (sevenforums.com), I now have to scroll to the side in order to see the full webpage width on my screen. That was not the case before I updated to Firefox 22. Did anyone else encounter this problem when they updated to Firefox 22?

I noticed a change in how screens display with FF 22.
I use the NoSquint addon.
Some of these systems use different settings for "Windows Screen resolution" and "NoSquint site settings".
Some systems/sites seem ok, and some are not.

I mostly help senior citizens, not tech people, and in some cases legally blind.
I have set up customized settings so they can read their favorite pages more easily (if at all)...

I use NoSquint because some of my systems are "HTPC" and viewed from 8+ feet away...
I found NoSquint is great for more uses, such as helping those that are visually impaired...

I'm not happy with FF 22 right now, and may have to back out the update on some of these systems.
Maybe a FF update will fix this "Resolution" change (I hope).

My screen resolution on my compute didn't change on my computer settings but it did change when on this website and others. I like the change.
Because of the size of my screen I always had to do a lot of fiddling in View and such from website to website. So far I no longer have to do anything but maybe text size.

Well-known problem for some Firefox users; I, for one, have not had this occur. Start with this mozillaZine thread, and, if that does not solve your problem, search mozillaZine for other related therads:

When I updated to FF22 everything I saw got larger and like David I also use NoSquint. I had my settings at 125% and FF22 blew everything out of proportion so I backed Nosquint down to 100%.

Thanks to Not Myself and his link I followed rais's tip and set my rpx to -2.0 and left my Nosquint at 100%, I like it better now than when I had FF19, 20, and 21 when NoSquint was set to 125%.

I had the same problem. It's because Firefox now takes its DPI from your OS. I have Windows 7 set to 150%, so my Firefox display was huge!

Here's how to get back to normal-
Go into about:config (type about:config in the location bar)
Find this string- layout.css.devPixelsPerPx
Change the value from -1.0 to 1.0

Thanks for all the suggestions. I decided to adjust the "about:config" setting.
