Sorry for being late, but the only add-ons she has are only under plugins: adobe acrobat, shockwave flash 11.8.800.95 & 11.7.700.170, Silverlight 5.1.20513.0, and windows live photo gallery 15.4.3538.513.

Well, before I go and do that, we tried another home computer and it was the same. Fact is: the three home computers in our house are doing this to her profile, and only her profile. Mine and my brother's are fine, just her. And again, when she's at work, it's fine. It doesn't really matter, I don't think, what she has or not; its just home computers, not work computers. That's why its weird.

You can see if she can login through an https proxy. You are trusting the proxy site with your login info, but you can change your password after. Or change it before from work, and change it back after, if that concerns you.
