For the past number of months, when receiving emails from different members of a Yahoo discussion group I belong to, although the senders name and subject title are correct, the contents of the email (even attachments) ends up being just a copy of a very old email (sometimes years old) which they or others had earlier sent.
Curiously, when I go online to the discussion group, that's where I've been able to verify that a new message had, indeed, been sent to the Group, and that it did contain the correct senders name, and that it contained the correct text in the subject line as well, but then here is where I can see that the message contents was different, that is, than what I had received within my Windows Live Mail software.
Unusually, this also happens when I receive direct email from many of these very same ones as well. (As a quick fix, I've since resorted to asking some of these to send email to me by way of my online Yahoo email account instead.)
I have no idea what's going on nor how to fix it - any suggestions would be certainly welcomed.
