Chrome Downloads:Webpages automatically removed after being saved

When I saved a webpage from this site, Easy Japanese Recipes and Food Blog.
Google Chrome will display that the webpage is being saved.
Once the saving is done, in the Downloads page, the webpage is showed "Removed".

The caption "Removed" is found next to the name of the webpage that I tried to save but removed immediately by Google Chrome. Odd indeed!

But I can save the webpages from this blog with no problem using IE10.

I did not remove that webpage. These occurrences happened to the webpages from the same site/url and a few other sites.
Thank you for your reply.
