contact list-windows live mail

I had no problem transferring all of the other data from my old hard drive, but I cannot bring the Windows Live Mail Contacts into my new created account. I am not using a Microsoft email, but the one from my internet provider. I found the contact list on user/my name/app...

Please help, I don't know why this is. and cannot delete them. How do I prevent this from happening and how do I delete these contacts. I play games with people on facebook, but I do not want them in my email accts.

Since it seems people have been having problems with this, what I did was opened WML and entered each email address individually. But when i went to look for contact list on C: drive, still cant find the contact list for the ones I entered. I had tried all the other options I read about, but no...

I want to make a backup disk of my Windows Mail contact list, in case I ever need to re-install Win Mail and don't have to manually type in all the names. Where is the Windows Mail folder located and what is the contact file link? Thank you for your help.:D
