| | What browser are you using? There are different reported fixes for different browsers. Simplest reported fix - Control Panel Default Programs 2nd option - default protocols scroll to bottom select http, etc and choose appropriate browser |

| | I am using Firefox v3.5.3 and that did not solve the problem... the default protocol for http is Firefox. Outlook might be set to use the (restricted sites) security option in the Internet Options. |
