Outlook changed this summer now what can I do?

I have used Chrome for about a year or so. In Chrome I had the link to Outlook and was able to access both email addresses I needed. One is for home and the other work. But Outlook stopped that. Now I have to sign out of one and sign into the other making it much more of a hassle since I go back and forth often.
Funny thing is I have an address I made recently at gmail and that shows in outlook. Very confusing. MSN said they stopped this option for the setup in Outlook because of security. But why does Gmail show ?

Outlook stopped allowing this in this past summer. They said it was a security concern. I had this linked system and could switch fast. Now I have to sign out of my personal email account and sign in to my business. I switch back and forth often so this is a pain.
