    IE10 and SF drop downs

Any time I use the drop down menus in the SF reply editor the menu disappears as soon as the cursor is place on it. If I hold the cursor there awhile then it may work. The menus at the top of the forum pages behave normally.

Just to be sure, you mean the options after you hit Go Advanced right, like post templates, sizes and Fonts?
If so, I couldn't reproduce the issue with IE10.
Take a look here for the IE troubleshooting guide and report back if none of the options fix the issue.

Good luck and keep us posted

You might verify what is being used here on sf,
F12 browser mode and document mode,
I've noticed for some reason ie10 likes to use ie7 standards for doc. mode ?
I've switched just to check what doc. mode as standards does without any difference.
Of course browser mode is ie10.

I tried all steps except 4 and 5 since it's not applicable without any change.

It is the Font color, smiley, and attach file menus that are affected. Post template, Fint, and font size work fine.

    Your welcome,
I'm not sure why this forum does it to ie,
I do have download comp-view list from Microsoft automatically Unchecked in comp-view settings because I find it only confuses ie loading sites/ sifting through all of these lists
    Cheers.

Nice one ThrashZone! I managed to reproduce the issue with a vanilla IE, and this solved it for me too:)

    Alt+TB will open comp-view settings,
Where you can Uncheck the option to download comp-view lists.
Delete your browser history to remove any prior downloaded lists from Microsoft.
I often open threads and forum sections in a new tab where I've found doc. mode switches back to ie7
That is weird lol what's up with that ?
Looks like Brink might have to look into why ie7 doc. mode prevails here ?
